1. Payment
The room charge will be pre-authorized/charged on the check-in date.
If you wish to pay at the hotel, please contact the hotel in advance.
2. Email Address
If an incorrect email address is provided, the reservation confirmation email cannot be delivered.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact the hotel.
3. Reservation Confirmation
This reservation system does not support temporary reservations.
Once your reservation is completed, it is considered confirmed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on the check-in date: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation 1 day before check-in: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation 2 or more days before check-in: Full refund
5. Parking Information
One complimentary parking space per room is provided from 15:00 on the check-in date until 11:00 on the check-out date.
Vehicle registration is required.
Parking outside the complimentary period will incur additional parking charges.
